Willa Konstancin is a private, cameral estate of 12 single-family homes (semi-detached houses) located 20km from Warsaw City centre, 2.5km from Konstancin town centre. In proximity one will find a local Konstancin Health Resort and Konstancin Brine Baths. To the north and south there are wide-spread forests - Kabacki and Chojnowski - with tourist routes for bikers and runners. A local microclimate is known to be health-restoring.
